Our client experienced leaks through their basement walls. They wanted to add an external perimeter drain to move ground water before it reaches the basement.

• Used 4 inch perforated pipe specifically made for yard drainage and exterior basement water proofing
• Lined the trench with specialized non-woven Geo Textile Filter Fabric
• Added 2" aggregate to ensure proper water drainage into the pipes
